Golden West Specialty Foods manufactures and distributes a wide range of gourmet items, specializing in all-natural, specialty, and ethnic foods for the retail, gift, gourmet, food service, industrial, private label and specialty food trade. While most manufacturers make foods under their own brand, Golden West Specialty Foods has over 20 in-house brands. This allows the retailer, distributor, restaurants and specialty foods grocer the ability to get over 120 different items in over 20 brands from one source. For our clients, having such a wide selection cuts down on freight and paperwork, and allows them to order according to their specific needs. Freight terms are FOB our warehouse. For online wholesale orders, freight is not included when ordering, and will be added to the order. We maintain warehouses on both coasts for many items. We ship the least expensive way possible, generally Pre-Paid and Add, using UPS Ground or various LTL truck carriers with whom we have contracts. The manner with which we ship depends on the order configuration (weight, destination, and density.) We work very diligently to keep freight costs down. With facilities on both coasts, both the European and Pacific markets are within our reach.
