What Wok Mei Hoisin Sauce has, however, is a rich, authentic Chinese Hoisin flavor! Using an ancient recipe, and made in small batches with the finest ingredients, All Natural Hoisin Sauce achieves 'wok-mei', meaning 'pretty wok', the Chinese philosophy of perfect balance in flavor, color, texture and aroma.
